The meaning of my music

Song #1 Kepler

  • My never ending obsession with mankind’s potential with interstellar space travel.

Song #2 Industrial Demise

  • This tune was inspired by the Foxconn incident back in 2016 when APPLE inc was essentially allowing suicide to happen due to the supply an demand infrastructure global commerce oh so lovingly follows. It was quite eye opening because the amount of disregard I witnessed from listening to several conversations along the lines of "Oh, those Chinese are used to the sweat shop environment" or the classic "I really don't care whats happening I just want my newest iPhone" mentality here in the states. Just imagine working in those conditions to the point where your psyche breaks and death is your only option to get a message out for change to occur. Anyways, this song is about that historical event

Song# 3 Travesties From Closure

  • This sonic composition was stuck in limbo for quite a while and I was struggling to complete it at its full potential. So, I stopped writing all together to try and give the creative mindset somewhat of a break to comeback with a fresh set of ideas. Shortly after I ended up picking up some session work for a project in Osaka Japan called Deathtopia which my buddy Mune is writing a new album for and they needed a lead guitarist to throw down the shreds if you will. (Laughs) So, I thought it was perfect timing and decided to pick up the position and do just that! After tracking with Deathtopia. That’s when the world went into utter chaos with the Covid19 pandemic looming over the world. We were quarantined for months on end trapped in our own thoughts. Brick and mortar stores were closed except for a select few that were deemed “essential” and on top of that. We had a nationwide civil rights movement taking place due to an unjustified murder from the very thing that was supposed to protect us. Tension rose and people of ethnicity along with various allies broke out of quarantine in order to protest against the unjust murder of George Floyd under a movement labeled as #BlackLivesMatter to bring awareness to police brutality in America. You could say that these chains of events is what fueled me to complete “Travesties from Closure” on the 9th of June year 2020. This song is dedicated to this very moment, and I'll sign off with this. “May equality reign supreme, and racism deemed a mental disorder.”

Song# 4 Research Hindered

  • Inspired by how pharmaceutical companies influence in the overall health industry when doctors prescribe new forms of medications for commission to patients.

Special Thanks To:

  • Alexander P, Chris Dovas, Nick Scarfo, and Ehren Hill
